Privacy Policy
NaHelp collects your name, email, phone, live location only when you press SOS, and voice recordings only when you activate SOS. We do not sell your data. Location and voice are only shared with Guardians you added by yourself. You can delete your account anytime. Contact: nahelpappng@gmail.com
Microphone
Voice Guard listens for your secret phrase only while the NaHelp screen is open — nothing is saved or sent while listening. Recording starts only after you press SOS or say your secret phrase 3 times in a row, and continues in 20-second clips until you tap “I AM SAFE - TAP TO STOP” and confirm.
Location
Your location is only taken and shared during an active emergency. When the emergency is marked safe or cancelled, we stop updating it.
Who can see it
Only guardians you added and who accepted can hear your recordings and see your location. The NaHelp safety team can see an emergency only after it has been triggered, to help coordinate a response.
What we store
Your name, email, phone number, optional photo, your secret phrase, your guardian links, and each emergency (voice clips, coordinates, time and status).
Your control
You can remove a guardian or change your secret phrase at any time. To delete your account and data, email the NaHelp team.
